Tickets & Booking
When do online tickets close?
Tickets can be purchased online until 3pm on the day of the event. After this time tickets may be purchased, subject to availability.
Can I purchase tickets on the day?
Yes! Trackside admission can be purchased at admissions but Winning Deal tickets cannot. Restaurant tickets may be available but cannot be guaranteed.
Do you offer a group discount?
Our Winning Deal package is already heavily discounted.
For our dinning customers if you are planning on bringing 50+ people please contact us directly to discuss your options.
When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets will be sent via email, this includes tickets for restaurant and hospitality bookings. You will receive your ticket(s) two weeks before the fixture you are due to attend. If you’ve booked your tickets within two weeks of the fixture, these will be sent manually during office hours as soon as possible. Sometimes these can land in your junk folder so please check before getting in touch.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No, we can scan e-tickets off mobile devices (mobile phones & tablets). If you wish to print them off and bring them along in paper format this is fine.
Can I transfer / refund my tickets or packages?
Once purchased, refunds or transfers on tickets and any other online purchases will only be available in the case of fixture abandonment, event cancellations and not for any other reason. Please see our terms and conditions of entry for full details.
Can I get a window seat in the restaurant?
We allocate seating based on when a customer has booked but also to allow us to maximise the space available. Although we endeavour to meet all customers requests this isn't always possible and we can't guarantee a window table.
Will we be sat on one Table?
Although every effort is made to reduce the number of tables a party is seated over, some parties will be seated on different tables. These tables will be adjacent to each other, either side to side or back to back.
Can Children come racing?
We welcome children and families to Dunstall Park Greyhound Stadium. Children aged 17 and under are admitted trackside for just £1 when accompanied by an adult and our restaurant caters for children of all ages.

Doors open at 17:30 On a Wednesday Evening
Doors open at 18:00 On a Saturday Evening
Car park Gates are open Approximately 30 Minutes before doors are open.
What time will the Stadium close?
Our gates close approximately 45 minuets after the Last race

Please be aware that cars are not allowed to be left overnight.
What do I need to wear?
Most racegoers choose a smart casual outfit when attending the races and some, especially at Christmas, do like to get dressed up. We are happy for most clothing styles as long as clothing is family friendly. Please click here to view our dress code.
How do I get to the Stadium?

Can I arrive by coach?
Yes, absolutely. We welcome coach groups to the Stadium. On arrival, coaches must drop off outside the stadium & are permitted to park to the left of the main gates as they enter the car park
Food & Drink
What bars and food outlets will be open?
You’ll always be able to grab a drink and bite to eat when you come racing. Different bars and food outlets will be available depending on how busy the fixture is likely to be.
Can I bring my own food or drink to the stadium?
Although we do allow birthday cakes to be brought into our restaurant, no other food or drink is to be allowed on site.
Do you have highchairs?
We do have highchairs' in our restaurant but they are limited so we recommend you speak to us before the event to reserve one.

How accessible is your racecourse?
We do all we can to ensure our visitors enjoy their day. This includes making our venue an easily accessible place and adding in extra features to make guests comfortable wherever possible. Click here for more information.

Do you have cash machines?
No – There are no cash machines on site. All catering and bars accept debit or credit card payments only. The tote, along with bookmakers do accept cash payment and some may also accept debit card payments (no credit cards).
Where can I place a bet on course?
There are a number of places across the racecourse where you can place a bet – either with the tote, which is a pool betting option (similar to the lottery) or with the on-course bookmakers.
All bars and food outlets accept cash or card however card is our preferred method.
Our tote and bookmakers will only accept cash payments.
Experience
Can we bring a cake and balloons?
If you are in our restaurant we do allow helium balloons and a cake to be brought in. You can drop these off before the event if you wish and we will set the tables up for your arrival. We don't allow these items downstairs and so general admission and other trackside packages cannot bring them.
Can I smoke and where?
Smoking is permitted in the allocated smoking rings across the racecourse. Smoking is not permitted in the grandstands.
Where is best to stay overnight?
Dunstall Park boasts a contemporary and recently refurbished hotel directly on site, complete with free wifi and parking. Perfect for those attending the racecourse for a conference, meeting or a race day.
Does the weather affect the racing?
Our track is extremely robust and we can race safely all year round, however the safety of our canine athletes, their trainers, our staff and our customers is paramount. If we feel the weather will impact on us operating safely we will abandon the race meeting. Although this happens very rarely, we will contact all customers who have purchased a ticket as well as posting on our social media pages and on our homepage. Please check before leaving the house to avoid disappointment.
If we do have to cancel, a member of our bookings team will be in contact to discuss a refund or a transfer to another meeting.
What items can't I bring into the Stadium?
Knives/Lethal weapons, Alcohol, Illegal Drugs, Fireworks, Glass are all forbidden at the Stadium. Bags larger than A4 size are also not allowed and we are unable to store items for customers whilst they are on site.
Dogs
Can I bring a dog?
With the exception of Guide Dogs of the Blind and other Assistance Dogs, dogs are not permitted to enter the Stadium. In the interests of animal welfare, no dogs are permitted to be left in cars and we politely request that all dogs are left at home.
Photography
Can I take photographs?
At all meetings we ask you to ensure that no flash photography takes place when the dogs are on parade or racing.
Otherwise, you are welcome to take photographs for personal, non-commercial use only.
You cannot take images for commercial purposes without prior permission from the Stadium and provision of press accreditation.
Note
Professional filming and photography takes place here at the Stadium for various publications and broadcasting and race goers (including families) consent to being filmed, photographed and otherwise recorded by the Stadium or any authorised third-party. By entering the Stadium, you accept our terms and conditions of entry, which authorised by the Stadium the right to broadcast, publish, licence and use any photographs, film, recordings or images of you without payment or other compensation in any promotional literature produced by Arena Racing Company.
