Gift Vouchers

Terms & Conditions.

To be eligible for purchasing a Gift Voucher, customers must be aged 18 or over.

Upon a successful purchase of a Gift Voucher, the customer shall receive a code (“Code”) to the email address supplied during the purchasing process.

• Gift Vouchers can only be used for advertised ticket and hospitality packages.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used to non-racing, third-party events, bookmaker tickets, or tote.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against ticket or hospitality packages that total more than £500 at any one fixture when booking as an individual or as a group.
• Gift Vouchers may be redeemed against general admission tickets, restaurant, and hospitality bookings at the following greyhound tracks: Central Park, Dunstall Park, Nottingham, Newcastle and Sunderland (each a “Track”).
• Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online by providing the Code received following purchase. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed in-person at the Track.
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

Any unused/partially used Gift Voucher will expire on 31 December 2026.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
